Director of Operations Taofeeq Akinremi
4A Mass-communications graduate, Taofeeq specializes in the execution and overall co-ordination of quantitative and qualitative studies, from interviews with the general public to special publics, senior executives and professionals.
He had gained wide experience from several research and field agencies, which include Market Surveys of Nigeria (MSN), Public Opinion Poll (POP), Starealm Research Company (SRC) and Research and planning department of Rosabel Advertising. Prior to joining PSI, Taofeeq was the Head of Field Operations with Research and Marketing Services (RMS) where he directly managed the agency’s Field Operations for key clients including – BAT, MTN, Guinness, UNDP, Shell, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Cadbury, US Department of State, Johns Hopkins University, Management System International (MSI) among others. He is a member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NiMRA) and has attended several courses in managerial psychology at the University of Ibadan
Today, Taofeeq heads a pool of professional field force (about 613 nationally) dedicated to collecting detailed, complete and accurate information on various types of research projects including Surveys, FGDs, Census, Mystery Shopping, usage and attitude and Opinion Polling. In the last 10 years alone, Taofeeq has executed and coordinated more than 331 large respondent surveys ranging from 500 to 52,000 samples sizes across Nigeria, including the 2006 Afrobarometer survey and the National Crime Victimization survey, as well as the NBC Coca-Cola Retail Census where more than 170,400 outlets were enumerated.
Deputy Director Of Operations Gbenga Adewumi
6 A seasoned professional, Gbenga has vast experience in all aspects of field operations and quality control. He is a graduate of Marketing and a member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association NiMRA). Until his employment with PSI, he was a Field Manager with Research and Marketing Services (RMS), where he co-ordinated the Field Operations and data collection activities on various qualitative and quantitative projects for major Clients. With fourteen years hands – on experience in data collection and quality control, Gbenga is at home on all aspects of field operations including Retail Outlet Census.
Project Management Director Olusola Moses
1Moses is a seasoned researcher; he started his career as a Field and Data collection officer in 1997. He is a graduate of Computer Science. He had worked with Research and Marketing Services Limited (RMS) and Research International (RI) as field interviewer and later rose to the position of a supervisor before joining Practical Sampling International (PSI) as a Regional Data Collection Officer in charge of Western Region. He later became a senior research executive, the post from which he rose to the position of a Project Management Director.
He is a member of Nigerian Institute Of Marketing Research Association(NIMRA). He has recognized strength in data interpretation, project coordination and account management and sustenance.
Associate Director Alaba Uthman
3Alaba has over 10 years research experience in various field of quantitative research. Prior to joining PSI, he was formerly an Assistant Research Manager at Research International Market Trend.
His research experience span across key research techniques which includes U&A studies, pricing research, trade research, advertising research, Customer satisfaction survey, product testing amongst others. His analytical approach in reporting and project management skill makes him a popular choice in handling complex ad hoc and tracking studies.
He has participated in different professional training including NIMRA professional courses. He hold a BA in philosophy. Alaba is also a member of Nigerian Market Research Association (NIMRA).
General Manager Olusegun Ajiga
8A graduate of Business Administration with seven years working experience in Marketing, Social and Opinion Research.
Ajiga started his career in market research with RMS as a Field Supervisor covering the South West, South South and part of the Northern States as a freelancer.
Since then, he had worked with Research International (RI) Communication and Market Research Group (CMRG). He has supervised studies for clients like Society for Family Health, BAT, BBC World Service Trust, Seven-up Bottling Coy, Nig. Plc, Nigerian Bottling Co. Ltd and Cadbury to mention but few. He was formally the Regional Field Manager with PSI, the post from which he rose to the position of General Manager.
General Manager - Research (Ghana) Anthony Klutse Dorgbefu
1A self-motivated and reliable Applied Marketing Researcher with a focus on Marketing and Market Research, Intelligent, tough-minded with over 15 years experience in Data Processing and Analysis, Media Monitoring and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Prior to joining PSI, he has worked with Research International on various qualitative and quantitative projects for clients such as Unilever, International Labour Organisation, Shell Global, British American Tobacco, Ghana Social Marketing Foundation International, Friesland, Family health International, John Hopkins University/Center for Communications programmes, Quality Health Partners, Coca-Cola Bottling, Ghana and Research International South Africa, consulted for Research International, Nigeria and Random House Ltd. He also had a short stint with WANAT Marketing Consult and Micro Finance as a Marketing and credit Manager.
A graduate of statistics, Data processing and Management Information systems. He has also participated in several analytical skills programmes on SPSS held in Nairobi (KENYA), Build your Analytical Skills in Harare (ZIMBABWE) and in other management programs at GIMPA, ACCRA-Ghana.
Assistant General Manager Idris Elias
7An experienced data collection manager with multi-region experience – Lagos Central, West, East and North, Idris has worked as Marketing Manager with Golden Guinea Breweries plc and Pyramid Bag Manufacturing company Nig. Limited after graduating in Marketing more than a decade ago. His field and market research career started with Market Surveys of Nigeria (MSN) in the late 80s. He also worked with Starealm Research Company and lately, with Research and Marketing Services Limited.
He has vast experience in field supervision, management and control for both qualitative and quantitative projects. He is a member of Nigeria Marketing Association(NMA) and an associate member of Nigerian Institute Of Marketing Research Association(NIMRA).
He presently co-ordinates our bi-monthly omnibus.
Data Management Consultant Bola Adedoyin
5Bola started her research career with RMS in 1992 as Data Processing Manager where she rose to the position of Director and Head of Data Processing Department. In RMS, she was responsible for planning, implementation and management of data processing aspect of all survey research projects.
She has experience in the use of advanced statistical package including SPSS, Quinput for data entry, SPSSMR Software Qsuantum for data editing as well as Quinvent for database management of tracking studies among others.
Bola is a member of Nigerian Market Research Association (NiMRA), Associate for Survey Computing (ASC) UK and European Society of Market Research (ESOMAR), Netherlands. She is presently our Data Management Consultant.
Assistant Data Processing Manager Johnson Essiet
A graduate of Business Administration with over six years Data Processing experience. He was a supervisor-Data processing with Marketing Research Consultancy Ltd (MRC) before joining PSI as senior Data Processing Officer.
He has vast experience in the use of SPSS, QPSMR for data entry and data editing. Johnson has managed key accounts in the past in the area of data analysis for major clients. He is associate member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NiMRA).
Senior Electronic Data Processing Officer Gbemileke Shodiya
A graduates of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He is energetic, passionate, ambitious and innovative, with good technical and analytical skills, leadership abilities and proven integrity.
He handled projects on survey for Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He joined PSI as a data processing officer in 2013.
He has armfuls experience in the use of QPSMR,SPSS,Ms-Excel ,CSPro,SurveyToGo,ODK,Kobocollect and NCAPI
Research Manager Ben Ohimor
2Holds PGD (Statistics) and B. Sc Agric(Econs & Ext) and has eight years working experience in Marketing, Social and Opinion Research. Bernard started his working experience in Market Research with Rothmans Nigeria (British America Tobacco Company) in 2000 as a focal supervisor in Zamfara State.
Since then, he had worked in various capacities as field supervisor, co-ordinator and quality control officer with different market research companies namely: A.C. Nielsen, COMSA, Research and Marketing Services (RMS) and presently with Practical Sampling international (PSI) as Research Manager.
Research Manager Ikenna Okamgba
Holds an LLB and BL with 9 years working experience in marketing, social and opinion research. Ikenna started his career in marketing research with RMS as a field supervisor covering the south-south and north central parts of Nigeria. He has vast experience in various quality control, he later joined PSI team as a field supervisor befor his elevation to the post of research manager. Ikenna is a member of The Nigerian Institute Of Management(NIM), The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Nigerian Institute Of Market Research Association(NiMRA), he is also a bilingual ie English and German Languages.
Assistant Research Manager Olatunbosun Ojo
Holds B sc degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile ife in 2006.
He started his career in marker researc industry with Practical Sampling International as a Field Officer, from which he later rose to a position of Assistant Quality Control Manager. In 2015 he rose to a position of Assitant Research Manager.
He has vast experience in variois capacities in Field operations and quality control.
Field Manager Kehinde Akinremi
Kehinde is a graduate of Mass Communication with ample knowledge in computer studies.
He started his career in Marketing Research Industry with PSI team as a Quality Control Officer covering South West Region, in which he rose to the position of Field Manager. He has vast experience in various capacities in Field Operations and Quality control.
He is a member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NiMRA).
Assistant Field Manager Jayeola Amos
Amos is a seasoned researcher; he started his career as a Field and Data collection officer in 2006. Prior to joining PSI, he has carried out field coordination for client like World Bank, Huawei, VOA, Orange Cote d'Ivoire, MTN, ADF Magazine, etc.
He is prolific in French Language. He has also gathered field coordination experience from research agencies like Research International Market Trend, RMS(Now TNSRMS), MK&I etc. He is versatile in both French and English language.
Senior Research Executive Abimbola Ajasa
Holds B.Sc (Agric Economics and Ext) and OND (Gen Agric), Abimbola started his career in the research industry as a coding and editing officer with RMS, he latter joined PSI as a field officer before he was elevated to the post of senior research executive, he has also managed several projects, covering the west, south and the core north, he is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Protocol Manager Wunmi Owa
Wunmi is a graduate of marketing with immense knowledge in Computer Studies. Prior to joining PSI, she worked as a Client Service Officer at Egress Ventures (a marketing firm) in 2005, she started her career in Marketing Research Industry with PSI as a Trainee Research Executive in 2007, where she rose to the Position of Protocol Manager.
She has vast knowledge in Project Execution, Fieldwork Planning and coordination as well as leveraging project management skills and techniques (Both quantitative and qualitative).
She has experience in various capacities of Field Operations, Quality Control and Client Servicing, She has managed projects across Nigeria and other African countries including Sierra Leone and Cameroon.
She is a member of Nigerian Marketing Association (NiMRA)
Senior Field Officer Oluwaseun Alade
A graduate of Secretariat Studies from Federal Polytechnic Ede in Osun State. Started her career in marketing research with PSI as a field supervisor and have worked with many research agencies on different projects covering some states of the federation. She has a vast experience in various capacities in Field Operations and Quality control. A member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing Research Association (NiMRA)
